I’ve never used photoshop properly or really been shown how to use it so Musaab’s tutorials have proved really useful to me. Since the start of term we’ve been learning the basics of photoshop, including layers and masking etc. In the first tutorial we took two animals and placed the head of one onto the body of the other using the masking tool and gradually we’ve been building on those skills.

 Splash Page Assignment:

We had to design a splash page, which is the very first screen you sometimes see when entering a website, it might pop up for a few seconds displaying the logo on ask you to click on it to enter the rest of the website – either way you only see it momentarily. So you must make the information clear and very easily accessible to the user.

Our assignment was to make a splash page for a new weather website.
